A fresh week, still soft and unwritten.
Before it fills up, just pause for a second.
Feel where you are.
Take a breath.
Notice something around you โ the light, the air, a tree out the window.
This little moment, before the rush, is where the good things start. What you hold in your mind now has a way of finding its way to you.
And it's worth remembering โ what we put out tends to come back. A bit of connection, a kind word, showing up for each other. That's really what all this is about ๐
