Liquid Light Meditation
I was so grateful to see the sun after a week of rain and as I sat soaking up its healing rays I could feel my cells being energised and charged with solar plasma rays. I was like an Ever Ready supercharged battery for the rest of the day and managed to plant my garden. Here’s a meditation I created so you can share in this experience too.
