I’ve been a member of Demonte’s Self Storage Dealmakers group for a while now and I appreciate how willing he is to roll up his sleeves for us and dive into any situation or scenario in order to help us get better and make sure we aren’t settling for deals that won’t give us the returns that we want. I also like how he consistently encourages us to keep our pipeline full even when we are currently working on a deal. He’s a great coach and even better person. Highly recommend!!
