Sunday nights look different for me now.
No laptop creeping open at 4pm. No mental rehearsal of tomorrow's stand-up. No that-knot-in-my-stomach feeling that used to arrive like clockwork and stay until Monday was safely underway.
I didn't always have this.
For years, Sunday was just the waiting room before the week I was dreading.
I was good at my job. Capable, experienced, respected.
And completely, quietly exhausted by it.
Not the kind of tired that sleep fixes. The kind that comes from spending your best hours, your best energy, your best self on a life that stopped fitting a long time ago.
Leaving wasn't a lightning bolt moment.
It was a slow, honest reckoning with one question I'd been avoiding for years:
What if there's actually another way? Turns out, there is.
I didn't have a trust fund, a dramatic breakdown, or a perfectly mapped-out plan.
I just got curious enough, and brave enough, to find out what was possible.
And now Sunday nights are mine again.
I'm curious...
What does a great Sunday evening look like for you? And if your current reality doesn't match that picture, what would you like to be different in your next chapter?
