Whether you’ve been here for a while or just joined, this is a space where you can begin (or deepen) your connection to your intuition in a clear, grounded way.
I recorded a short video for you to walk you through what this challenge is, how it works, and how to get the most out of it.

Over the next 7 days, I’ll guide you through simple daily practices to help you recognize how your intuition already communicates with you.
We’re not trying to force anything or “turn something on.”We’re building awareness and trust in something that is already part of you.
Each day will include:✔️ a short teaching, ✔️ a simple exercise✔️ a reflection to help you apply it
You can move at your own pace. You can share as much or as little as you’d like.
The challenge officially begins tomorrow, Tuesday, April 7th.
