Morning Routines
With the new year comes big changes for me. I am 7 months postpartum and my baby is officially sleeping through the night! πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ
With that being said, I am looking forward to getting my mornings back and would just love some insight on your morning routines!
Working out first thing in the morning and/or doing a power yoga flow has never really worked well with my body. Gentle movements, breathwork, meditation type of morning routine is probably what’s best. ✨
Please share yours if you have one that works for you! I’m looking forward to trying out some new things.
