This is a community for black sheep, cycle breakers, and the ones who have spent a long time doing the work alone. Many people here are already self-aware but still notice repeating emotional patterns in relationships, boundaries, intuition, and self-trust. This space is here to support what insight alone hasn't fully changed yet.
Inside, I share teachings, reflections, and prompts on patterns, nervous system responses, intuition VS fear, boundaries and breaking inherited cycles in real time. You will also have a community space to reflect, share, and integrate with others walking a similar path. Because this work was never meant to be done in isolation. Welcome <3
