Perception is everything
Sometimes life starts going to fast, like a roller coaster you didn’t choose to get on… it moves fast, throwing you around, making you tense up… white knuckling the experience ,waiting for it to end so you can get off. OR… it’s a roller coaster that’s still throwing you around and going fast … BUT, you allow the experience with no fear, no tensing up, just knowing it’s going to end shortly, so enjoy the moment. It really is about perception here. What you decide should be “felt” in this moment ,is how your mind will match your emotions.
