I’m Danny, and I created this space because for a long time, I was "wearing a mask" just to get through the day. I love pro wrestling, but I realised that while we cheer for heroes who kick out of pins, many of us are struggling to kick out of our own real-life struggles like anxiety, isolation, and trauma.
I’ve faced my own battles with alcoholism anxiety and health anxiety amongst other things and I know how heavy that silence can be.
This group has one rule: We leave the "personas" at the door. Here, we talk about the raw truth behind the mask.
