I Gave my Mother Reiki - Huge Mistake 😑
OMG! I made one of my biggest Reiki mistakes when I offered a session to my mother.
Over 25+ years of teaching Reiki, I’ve seen that the students who struggle most are the ones trying to convince skeptics rather than simply offering energy freely. Yep that's exactly what I did.
The fix is simple: ask once, accept yes or no completely, and don’t pitch or push—because you can’t give healing to someone holding the door shut, and respecting “no” protects your energy and self-respect.
