🌳 Days 4–5 – Returning to Your Inner Ground [21-Day Self-Reiki]
Hello everyone, and welcome to Days 4 and 5.
At this point in the journey, we begin to shift from the energy of starting into the quiet rhythm of continuing. This is where the process of rooting in begins— with each day, each breath, each return to presence, something inside you begins to settle.
✨ Intention for Days 4–5:
I find my ground by showing up as I am. (Optional variation: With each breath, I grow more steady in myself, or, I become more rooted each time I show up.)
🪷 Practice focus:
As you move through your self-Reiki sessions, bring awareness to your lower body—feet, legs, hips, and lower back. These are the places that help us feel safe, grounded, and supported.
At each hand placement, pause and connect with your breath. Notice the rise and fall beneath your hands.
With every exhale, imagine your energy settling down and spreading like roots into the earth.
