Today, we connect to our breath—not to control it, but to follow its natural flow. With each breath, you return to yourself… and invite the energy to move more freely through the body.

As you move through your self-Reiki session today, let your breath be your companion. At each hand placement, pause to become aware of your breath—feeling it rise and fall beneath your hands.
No need to change it—simply notice. With every breath, you’re returning to yourself. 🌬️
