I’m so excited to share that the new 21-day self-Reiki daily practice challenge is launching on June 1!
Back in February, we ran our first 21-day challenge—and it was amazing to practice self-Reiki collectively. We received lots of positive feedback, and some new members have been asking if we’d be doing another one. Well, here it is!

Whether you're brand new to Reiki or returning to your practice after a break, this 21-day challenge will support you in cultivating a steady, intentional daily routine. You might resonate with one of these:

If you’ve just started practicing Reiki and want to build consistency, this is a gentle and empowering way to create a habit that sticks. Daily structure will help you feel more confident and connected to your practice.

Maybe daily self-Reiki was once a regular part of your life, but lately it’s fallen to the side. This challenge offers a fresh, supported way to recommit—without pressure or perfectionism. Just one day at a time.

📕How does it work?
It is very simple:
- Set the intention to practice self-Reiki daily for 21 days
- Visualise yourself practicing at your preferred time/place (optional, but powerful)
- Start practicing on June 1
