Hey guys,
A few weeks ago I asked you to be founding members. Some of you actually showed up.
You used the first version. You got lost in certain spots. You told me what wasn't working. And instead of defending it, I went back and fixed it.
That's exactly what I needed.
Here's what changed since that first drop:
The onboarding is cleaner. The daily check-in actually flows now.
The streak system works the way it's supposed to.
The North Star is locked at the top so you never lose the thread of why you're doing this.
And the AI response after each check-in got sharper
It's not generic anymore, it reads your pattern and reflects it back.
This is what iteration looks like when real people use the thing instead of the builder just assuming.
