Saturn will keep fucking you until you learn the lesson
Saturn shows you where your structure is missing. It's the experience of hitting the same limit over and over until you build the skill to pass it.

If your relationships keep stalling, Saturn is in your 7th house. It will not let you find peace until you learn how to set a boundary and keep a promise.
The struggle does not end when you finally break through. It ends when you finally build the competence that makes the struggle unnecessary.
