I am glad you are here. The decision to pursue a better life is noble in cause yet difficult in implementation. In order to succeed in this 6-week training exercise, you need to be willing to break all of your old habits and ferociously accept a new foundation on which you will build a better life.
I cannot guarantee you success in any area, as your success isn’t dependent on what I can teach you. Your success depends solely on the changes that YOU are willing to make. Like the old adage says:
“You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.”
The one thing I can guarantee, is that if you take these training lessons seriously, and you commit yourself to this pursuit of a better, happier, healthier life, you will find yourself in command of your life and empowered.
This isn’t going to be easy. It is going to get uncomfortable, but in that discomfort is where you find the will to grow and discover the strength to break the destructive habits that have taken hold of your life.
