I am the founder of The Property Manager’s Desk and a boots-on-the-ground property manager with hands-on experience in day-to-day operations. I actively manage properties and make daily decisions around leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, ledger management, maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, rule enforcement, compliance, documentation, and operational risk control.
This community was built for working property managers—not passive owners—who are responsible for real outcomes. The goal is simple: to share practical guidance, defensible processes, and real-world frameworks that actually hold up when things get complicated.
