In 2017, Hurricane Harvey swallowed Houston. Entire neighborhoods vanished under water. Lives flipped overnight. Mine included.

I wasn’t just another policyholder. I was a victim of “Big Insurance.” I watched my neighbors get ignored, stalled, and strangled by a process designed to help them. The options out there were broken. So I did the only thing that made sense: I became a licensed property claims adjuster. I built the solution I wish existed back then.

That solution became The Claims Dept.
