Hey everyone, Iām Braedenāand Iām so glad youāre here.
For as long as I can remember, Iāve done what most people consider āthe right thing.ā Right out of high school, I jumped into the trades as an electrician. Eventually, I landed a great job with a super-major oil company and stayed there for 17 years. On paper, it was perfect: solid pay, stability, benefitsāthe whole package.
But hereās the truth: it never felt right. Deep down, I knew this wasnāt what I wanted to do forever. The job gave me a strong foundation and a comfortable lifestyle, but it didnāt give me fulfillment. I wasnāt present in my life. I wasnāt happy.
Over the years, I tried to find that missing piece through side hustlesādropshipping, Instagram pages, you name it. But I could never fully commit. After long days and mental burnout, those ā5-9 after the 9-5ā hustle stories just werenāt my reality.
What I needed was a radical change. Something that forced me out of my comfort zone and demanded my full focus. That moment came when my company announced a re-org. For once, I had the chance to leave on good termsānot in frustration like I had imagined many times beforeābut as a clean break into my next chapter.
And let me tell you: making that decision wasnāt easy. There were sleepless nights, second-guessing, and fear of the unknown. But I did it. And Iām here today because I want you to know something: you can do it too.
