Has anyone have wing bean seed?
I was doing some research on little know superfoods, and came across wing beans. They grow in tropical placees mainly, but get this the whole plant is edible flowers, leaves, beans and tubers , and need no ferterlizer it makes it's on nitrogen....Super food indeed

Here's to being outdoors to garden, build, hike, and kayak. Then back inside to cook and bake with what we've grown! Heal inside by working outside!
