A gentle update as we head into the new year 🌱

From January 1st, 2026, I’ve refreshed the People Orchard membership structure and pricing so it better reflects the support, tools, and learning now growing in the space.

What hasn’t changed is the heart of the Orchard. It’s still rooted in people, kindness, and practical, real-world HR support. This update is simply about creating clearer roots so the community can grow steadily and sustainably.

If you’re already here, you’ll continue on the Standard tier at no cost. Nothing is being taken away. You’re very much part of this space, just as you are.

If at any point you’re curious about the other tiers and the additional tools, learning, and AI support they include, you’re welcome to explore or upgrade in your own time. No pressure.
