When the Silence Speaks
Hi Everyone 👋
Over the past five days, we have walked through the fire together.
We have sat with our pain,
released the ancient vows that bound us,
learned to navigate the triggers of the world,
forgiven the unforgivable,
and stepped into the sovereignty of our true selves.
I have poured my heart into these words. I have drawn from decades of practice, from thousands of hours sitting with tired, hurting souls, from the wisdom of the Buddha, the flow of the Dao, and the boundless compassion of the loving heart.
And I will be honest with you... the silence that has met these posts has been... confronting.
Not because I need applause.
Not because I need validation.
But because I know—I know—that what I am offering here is not shallow content designed to distract you for three minutes.
It is the real work.
The work that changes lives.
The work that I have seen transform people who were once paralysed by their pain into people who walk through the world with peace in their bones.
And I know that if you are still here,
still reading,
still showing up day after day,
then something in you knows it too.
So I want to ask you something, and I want you to really sit with it......
What is holding you back from going deeper?
Is it fear?
Is it shame?
Is it the belief that you don't deserve to be seen,
to be heard,
to be supported?
Is it the story that says you must do this alone?
Because here is the truth I have learned from working with thousands of souls.... the ones who transform are the ones who reach out.
Not because they are weak.
Because they are courageous.
It takes far more courage to say "I need help" than to pretend you have it all figured out.
It takes far more strength to reach out than to hide in the silence.
It takes far more wisdom to accept support than to insist on suffering alone.
And now, I want to tell you something about myself.
This work—
this writing,
this teaching,
this holding of space—is not just something I do for fun.
It is my life's calling.
It is how I serve the world.
And it is also how I feed myself, keep a roof over my head, and continue to show up day after day with a full heart and an open hand.
I don't say this to make you feel guilty.
I say this because I believe in transparency.
I believe in honesty.
I believe that the teacher and the student are walking the same path, and that the teacher's needs are not separate from the student's needs.
So here is my invitation to you....
If these posts have spoken to you.
If something in them has stirred something in your chest.
If you feel like you are ready
—truly ready—
to go deeper than words on a screen can take you...
I am here.
I am here for one-to-one sessions, where we can sit together and do the real work.
Where we can look at your unique blocks,
your ancient vows,
your karmic patterns,
and gently,
lovingly,
unfurl them together.
I am here for ceremonies, for guided meditations, for the kind of deep, transformative work that cannot be captured in a blog post.
I am here for those who are tired of the shallow, who are hungry for the real, who are ready to stop scrolling and start living.
How to reach out....
If you are feeling the pull—if something in you is whispering "yes"—then I invite you to do something brave.
Send me a message.
Reply to this post.
Reach out.
Tell me what is stirring in you.
Tell me what you are carrying.
Tell me what you are ready to release.
There is no pressure.
There is no obligation.
There is only the open door, waiting for you to walk through it.
And for those of you who are not ready—who are still in the silence, still processing, still gathering your courage—I see you too. I honour your timing. I will still be here when you are ready.
A closing thought.....
The world is loud.
The algorithms are noisy.
The shallow content will always get the likes.
But the real work—the work that happens in the quiet, the work that happens in the heart, the work that happens when one soul says to another "I see you, and I am here"—that work is the work that lasts.
That is the work I am here for.
That is the work I will always offer.
And if you are ready, I am here for you.
With you, every step of the way.
With Love ❤️
Always
Mark
P.S. — A gentle reminder for those who need it....
Reaching out is not a sign of weakness. It is the most powerful thing you can do. It is the moment you stop running and start healing. It is the moment you say "I am worth it."
You are worth it.
You have always been worth it.
And I am here, ready to walk with you.
