About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, including Expired Listings, For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties, and Absentee Owners, with the goal of scheduling appointments for our real estate agents.
If you have a proven track record in real estate cold calling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport over the phone, we want to hear from you!

- Make outbound calls to expired listings, FSBOs, and absentee owners.
- Engage prospects, identify their needs, and handle objections.
- Set qualified appointments for our real estate agents.
- Update CRM systems with accurate lead information and call notes.
- Follow up on previous leads to nurture relationships.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate cold calling is required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and turn objections into opportunities.
- Proven ability to set appointments and meet performance goals.
- Reliable internet connection, phone line, and headset (for remote roles).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus).
