One of the common things clients tell us is their dog is terrible at the vet. The dog is “perfect” everywhere else but not there. My question back is usually “well what are you doing to prepare your dog for success at the vet?”. Are you working on touching and grabbing random areas, look at teeth and ears, accountability during the ride there and in the waiting room? What about leverage their obedience while in the exam room?
