Andrew J. Jules (“Jules”) is a UK-based motivational speaker, personal development coach, and public speaker. He is a community advocate who has spoken for over a decade on gun and knife crime, government, and politics, and he created the Facebook-based video series Don’t Let the Streets Control You through consistent video blogging and live content aimed at real-world change.
He is the founder of Growth Squad Heroes, which in its first 47 days reached 145 members and achieved Rank 68 in Skool Discovery’s Money category, and has since grown to 152 members. He also leads Growth Squad Heroes+ (47 members) and runs Born Leader (68 members), a standalone Skool community that originally grew from the brand Find the Born Leader Within You.
Jules is known for building culture through Squad Games and structured challenges that make participation fun, rewarding, and sustainable, and for teaching leaders how to grow through active members and their affiliate IDs to reward contribution and reduce churn.
Jules supports community owners with onboarding, retention systems, and Discovery performance. His work includes helping reactivate a community that started around rank 3,300 with 170+ inactive members and only two active members, driving it to Page 2 and Rank 55 in 90 days.
He has also supported brand-new communities to reach Top 1% Community Builder milestones in Self-Improvement, supported a brand-new community reaching Page 1 Rank 25, and supported a brand-new creator community generating 3K+ MRR and $60,000 USD in 60 days, alongside systems that contributed to a Skool Games win (Q4 2025).
He created and hosted the 11.11 Summit, a global New Year’s Day live event featuring 11 guest speakers over 11 hours across health, AI, tech, relationships, business, finance, property, mindset, and personal development, produced independently using AI-supported workflows alongside hands-on execution.
During the second UK lockdown, he also created and hosted The Power of Conversation, a global online event series featuring 12+ guest speakers across four days, produced independently from start to finish. In 2019, he interviewed guest speakers earning four to seven figures and, after learning high-ticket affiliate marketing in eight days, earned his first $1,000.
His message is grounded in lived experience: he has been homeless five times and closed a four-figure client while homeless, proving leadership and performance don’t require perfect conditions. Outside of Skool, he leads two Facebook groups with 1,000+ members each, has a TikTok presence across @andrewjjules (approx. 1,800) and @growthsquadheroes (around 13K), and runs the YouTube channel Skool with Jules.
