📊 How Points Are Earned in Skool
I was asked how you can earn points on Skool.
Here is the answer:
On Skool, points are part of its gamification system — you earn them when others like your posts, comments, or replies, and they determine your level and position on the community leaderboard.
Points make participation fun, visible, and rewarding, while also unlocking courses or perks set by admins.
BUT points don't just happen. It does take some work and effort.
🎯 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸
➜ Earned through engagement: 1 like = 1 point for the author of the post or comment. Posting, commenting, and replying increases your chances of receiving likes.
➜ Levels: As points accumulate, you “level up.” Levels are displayed next to your name and on your profile.
➜ Leaderboards: Each community has a leaderboard showing who’s most active. This fosters friendly competition and visibility.
➜ Unlocks: Admins can tie courses, resources, or rewards to specific levels.
Example: In TOC you unblock the "chat" function when you are on level 3.
📊 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹
➜ Posting content → earns points.
➜ Commenting on posts → earns points.
➜ Replies to comments → earn points.
➜ Receiving likes → boosts your points (because it shows your content is engaging).
➜ Giving likes → 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀, but it helps others by increasing theirs.
𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽:
Points are not just numbers — they’re signals of contribution, recognition, and progress in your community.
Let's have some fun and boost those points!
