Spiritual Protection
We write and read much about spiritual growth. Far too little is written about spiritual protection. In another group wrote about the power of silent blessings. What about the power of silent curses?
Silent curses can be intentional, or unintentional. They can be maliciously aimed at us, or careless random thoughts. Either way, like silent blessings, these too have power. It is important that we protect ourselves....but how?
The first and simplest way is with Black Tourmaline. This powerful and inexpensive stone drinks up negative energy like a sponge. Jewelry with it, or carrying it is highly protective. You can also simply affirm your bubble of spiritual protection from time to time. No complicated ritual is needed. Simply say the following affirmation 7 times-- " Air, Fire, Water, Earth, Life, Space, Time. Spiritual protection is always mine."
We protect our homes, cars and health with insurance. Let's protect ourselves as well!
