When you sit down with your coffee (or tea) relax and just BE. Don't look at any screens yet. Close or unfocus your eyes. Breathe in the silence. Sip your coffee, breathe , relax, meditate into the silence. Now you are a human being, just BEING.
After a few minutes, casually begin to envision your day. Visualize what you will do. Still relaxed, see those things you will do going smoothly, successfully. Allow yourself to feel the satisfaction of that success. Now you are setting your day.
