THE WELLBEING CHALLENGE IS HERE ❤️
Hello beautiful souls ✨
I’ve been a little quiet here lately, as we completed our programs at the end of last year.
I hope 2026 has started gently and powerfully for you 🥹
For me, the beginning of the year was about resetting, reflecting, and reconnecting with the goals I want to carry through the months ahead.
Now that intentions are set and life is starting to get busier again, I’m opening a 30-day Wellbeing Challenge, starting February 1st ✨
This will be a free challenge, where we each commit to one wellbeing goal we’ve chosen for ourselves.
We’ll have 2 live calls together (and maybe more — we’ll feel into it as we go),
and daily support inside the community so we don’t lose momentum.
Throughout the 30 days, we’ll work with 3 simple practices designed to support all our bodies:
- the mental body
- the emotional body
- the physical body
This integrated approach helps us stay committed without adding pressure or stress to our lives.
Some of the practices will include quantum healing meditations, which I haven’t yet shared with some of you ❤️
There are no prerequisites for this challenge.
You don’t need to be “ready” or “consistent” already.
The only requirement is the willingness to stay 🥹
I’ll be walking this journey with you — not as a guide only, but as a participant too.
We’ll support and hold each other accountable along the way 🫂
