Hi everyone. Hope you're all well?
Sorry that i have been off grid for a while but there's a reason for doing so.
Coach posted something recently about mobile phones and is a really interesting topic.
I decided to cut right back on my mobile phone usage a while ago and now become a bit of a digital nomad so to speak.
I am just using my mobile mainly for phone calls, texts and WhatsApp as I found like a lot of us we are guilty of spending way too much time on our devices.
Since doing this it's been a game changer for me and has had a positive impact on my mental health rather than reading and seeing doom and gloom all over the web.
Myself and my wife have stopped using our phones after 7pm each night and spending quality time together rather than both staring endlessly at our screens.
Have any of you cut back on your phone usage and if so how did you find it?
