This is an encouragement based community that is designed to celebrate wins in a safe environment. Our goal is to encourage and be encouraged .Sometimes the neuro diverse brain feels shame and embarrassment over tasks that may seem simple for neuro typical brains but are immensely difficult for the neuro diverse brain. Encouragement propels the brain to keep going and helps provide the fuel to accomplish more tasks
Share your win anytime. It could be folding a basket of laundry, sending a message you’ve been avoiding, paying an overdue bill, starting that assignment you’ve been putting off.
Here, we only give encouragement. No judgment, no minimizing, no unsolicited advice. We give and receive in a safe space where we understand we are not alone.
