You’re in the right place if you’re trying to make sense of what just happened!?!? If you are ready to decode manipulation, reclaim your power, and rebuild your life without the anxiety, resentment, or self-doubt you are in the right place.
This community was created so you never have to feel alone, embarrassed or ashamed for showing up for love fully and authentically. The mere fact that you are here shows that ‘ You are not like the rest of them!’ The very reason you were chosen is the very reason you escaped! Stand IN THAT! Yes, STAND! Even in your brokenness you can and will stand because perspective is everything. You were chosen for this unfortunate and often times cruel situation and this is where you get to make sense of your trauma to both heal and learn why you were chosen. Here you will be educated by myself ( a doctorate educated psychiatric provider) with both clinical knowledge and a traumatic lived experiences how to cope with and possibly avoid this level of future hurt. We will combine trauma-informed education, red flags, step-by-step tools, and real-time support to help you heal in real time and thrive.
This community was created after ending a traumatic emotional abusive relationship that I had been trying to end for more than 7 years. I had no idea that both my attachment style and my empathic tendencies were being exploited and working against me. After 8 different therapist with my ex fiancée and learning that he had another woman living in his ’rental property‘ RENT FREE for 5 years while he skipped paying our mortgage - I knew that I needed to do a deep dive to understand the source of my relationship problems. As I searched to find deep meaning and answers I realized that there was no therapists or clinical communities available to support me through my healing journey that specialized in emotional relationship abuse and attachment styles.
AND The Narc DECODER was born!
Many times we aren’t even sure what we have experienced but we can identify that we feel dysregulated, confused, drained, sometimes guilty yet desperate to understand ‘what just happened’. So welcome to your HOMECOMING 🙏🏽❤️

This was the SELFIE, Dr. Tiara Reid - YESSSSS ME- that I took in the back of the Policeman’s truck when I was arrested for OFFENSIVE TOUCHING related to a man with 5 children and 5 different baby mom’s🫣🫣🫣 I’ll let you guess who I was accused of touching!?!? 🧐🧐🧐🧐 I could have lost it all over someone who wasn’t even worth the conversation from just his STATS ALONE! I wanted to document this moment because I knew I would never be the same after this day! And life has been 1000 x times better since I BROKE FREE! ❤️❤️❤️
