Geomancy
The word comes from geo-manteia — “divination by earth.”
An ancient practice of reading patterns in dirt, sand, or ink to reveal hidden knowledge.
Each pattern forms a geomantic figure — a living symbol that bridges matter and spirit.
There are 16 Geomantic figures. Each made up of 4 lines of either 1 or 2 dots. The figures are generated and put into a chart. The chart is divided into 12 houses that closely align with the astrological house.
As a form of divination, I have found geomancy to be very intuitive and accurate but it goes beyond that. The Geomantic figures can also be worked into spell work. Each figure is related to a planet and an element, which allows you to seamlessly move from divination to remediation.
Because of this geomancy has become heavily integrated into my personal practice.
