This is not a challenge, detox, or quick fix. The focus is on sustainable fat loss, food quality first, and building habits that hold up in real life. You can't live in a perpetual state of dieting.
I don’t coach extremes, rigid meal plans, or gimmicks. I coach clarity, consistency, and understanding. I love the idea of you finding a good place and staying there. I love the idea of that being a shared, team effort.
