Welcome to December, everyone!
Most people will spend this month adding MORE to their plate... more goals, more plans, more pressure to "start fresh."
We're doing the opposite.
This month is about:
❌ DEACTIVATING what's draining you
✅ RELEASE AND CLEAR your nervous system
✅ ACTIVATING what's calling you in 2026
You can't activate your next level while you're still carrying 2025's weight.
So we're going through these phases:
🗑️ DECLUTTER - Clear what you're still carrying
🌬️ REGULATE - Release the accumulated pressure
🐦🔥 EXPAND - Purge toxic patterns for good
Then we activate overflow.
This is how you close 2025 with actual completion and open 2026 with real momentum.
Not by adding more.
By creating spaciousness within and without.
