December Class: Practicing Class
Dear ones,
As I was looking at my calender to see how can I add another two more meetings for us here.
The 2025 December is THE BUSIEST for me!!!
I am completing a few year long spaces and I am also preparing the immersion.
I asked myself how can serve this space in simplicity (thanks to Siri Prem!)
I asked what do people need at this moment?
Presence. This word cake through.
How can I get everyone be in the moment and do some releasing so we return back to our body.
I decided I will be tuning in here daily from tomorrow for weekly mini nervous system regulation for all of us.
Monday to Friday from 24/11/2025 to 19/12/2025.
I will be turning here from my lunch time 12pm for 30mins practice.
It will be recorded and perhaps you can tune in here at your lunch time to co-regulate your nervous system.
