Most mobility work fails because it treats everyone the same. Stretch more, foam roll, warm up for five minutes - and nothing actually changes.
Different restrictions need different training.
Mobility Mafia starts with a screen. Seven tests, ten minutes, done on your phone. Based on what shows up you get a profile - A, B, C, or D.
Profile A means your range is there but you can't own it under load. Profile B is anterior restriction - hip flexors shortened, pelvis pulled forward, everything downstream paying for it. Profile C is a rotational control deficit - the knee cave you've been told is a knee problem isn't. Profile D is posterior chain stiffness that won't respond to stretching alone.
Each profile gets a programme built for that specific pattern. Not a generic mobility plan with your name on it.
You also get the community, live Q&A calls, and a rescreen at Week 4 to track what's changed.
£39/month. Screen first.
