This week inside the Identity Lab, I watched something that made my heart smile.
posted a screenshot of her updated YouTube profile. Her first video uploaded. And she shared how many times she re-recorded it before finally letting it go live.
named her I am AND her healing center.
showed her meeting for a Tedx Talk Prep
I’m proud when I see someone start — when they move from thinking to doing, from seeking to creating,
from holding it privately to letting it exist publicly.
And if I’m being honest, that brings me more joy than recieving kudos (or even money) for a name reading! Wild! I know! 🤣🥳
But it’s Because after being a metaphysical mentor for 10 years, I know for a fact, identity doesn’t change through insight alone. It changes when the nervous system can tolerate being seen in motion.
And this week, I saw that happening.
