Building a Roadmap
As an international student pursuing an MBA in the United States, I have come to appreciate how much professional growth depends on understanding systems, building relationships, and learning from people who have already navigated similar journeys.
One lesson I continue to learn is that uncertainty does not always mean you are behind. Sometimes it simply means you are operating in territory that is new to you.
For many first-generation builders, progress looks different. You are not only walking the path. In many ways, you are building the roadmap while walking it.
That process can be challenging, but it develops something valuable: resilience, adaptability, and the ability to navigate unfamiliar environments with confidence.
