I know i look like a tit 😂😂 but once its dark, i try and keep these on as much as possible to help with the light, television and phone screen. Blue light affects your eyes, skin and circadian rhythm (sleep) and honestly feel i get in such a deeper sleep since using them. £6.99 on Amazon. Maybe worth a try 😃👍🏼

Cold showers
For me personally, i hate the cold, so what i do is i wash in the shower first at a luke warm temperature, then Slowly lower the temperature untill its uncomfortably cold and remain in there for at least 1/2 minutes. Dont turn it hot again before you get out, once out, dry off with your towel and let your body heat up again naturally. After a couple of times its such an amazing feeling and something i now do daily 🥶 👌🏻

Not for everyone, but for me, not eating first thing is absolutely essential. My energy and overall focus is at its peak! Also i love to give my digestion system a break as i believe eating all the time is just not how we were evolved to eat, hence why alot of people feel sluggish and tired alot of the day. I personally do around 16-18 hours a day fasted and eat in a 6-8 hour window usually between 12pm - 6/8pm. And yes, studies show we can utilise up to 100g of Protein per meal, so that isnt an issue and hasnt been for me
