Not for everyone, but for me, not eating first thing is absolutely essential. My energy and overall focus is at its peak! Also i love to give my digestion system a break as i believe eating all the time is just not how we were evolved to eat, hence why alot of people feel sluggish and tired alot of the day. I personally do around 16-18 hours a day fasted and eat in a 6-8 hour window usually between 12pm - 6/8pm. And yes, studies show we can utilise up to 100g of Protein per meal, so that isnt an issue and hasnt been for me
