This 4 week Workout Program is for the Gym. My personal experience with adding lean muscle mass is less is more!! You dont need a ton of Volume to grow muscle. Its all about warming up and then pushing yourself with an itense set to get maximise muscle growth. Effort is key. Once you have completed this 4 week course. Your ready for the 8 week course (the Mass Pro Workout Program)
