It's not a matter of 'if'
It's a Matter of "When"
I've had some really great conversations over the last few weeks and months with a variety of different people. Amazing individuals all who have impacted my life in a tremendous way. This morning, for example, I had a podcast interview with my Brother in Business, Gordon Brodecki. I decided to just go with the flow, and see how things went, and honestly, once I released my need for expectation, and realized I was just talking to my dear big brother, Gordon, I was fine. I simply remembered the first time I hear him speak and share HIS story on the stage of BLN in 2022. He touched my heart the, and today, he recognizes and invites ME to a podcast interview! Super cool! I'm so grateful.
Now, to touch on ALL we have been discussing, and the many things than now flow through my mind after coaching sessions, table and remote massaahg'es, and more, lets break open this 'can of worms."
There's a deep truth woven into the fabric of creation that whispers through sacred texts, every law of physics, and every moment of experience: what is meant for you is already on its way.
The question is never "if" you will heal, grow, receive, or step into your divine purpose. The question is "when" you will choose to align yourself with the GOOD of the energy that's already moving toward you.
The first law of thermodynamics tells us that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, only converted from one form into another. This is science, but it also happens to be in scripture. When Jesus spoke of the measure we give being the measure we receive, pressed down, shaken together, and running over (Luke 6:38), He was describing the eternal exchange of energy as designed by God in heaven, here on Earth.
Your pain is not wasted and exhaustion is not meaningless. Every ounce of struggle, every moment of resistance, every tear shed in the dark is energy that can be transformed into something NEW. The energy of your suffering can become the energy of your healing. The energy of your doubt can become the energy of your faith. The energy of your burnout can become the energy of your breakthrough.
This is the sacred work of MASSAAH'G. We do not create healing from nothing. We convert what already exists within you, transforming fragmentation into integration, overwhelm into radiance, and resistance into effortless flow.
"What We Focus On Expands"
As a Splenic Projector with a triple split, I have learned this truth and felt it speak in my bones: where attention goes, energy flows. My open Solar Plexus, Heart, and Sacral centers taught me early that I am designed to feel, amplify, and reflect the energy around me. For years, I focused on what was broken, what was missing, or what hurt while TRYING to find the solution for it. And guess what expanded? More brokenness. More absence. More pain.
When I shifted my focus to the God in Jesus name that resided within me, everything changed. The healing was always there. The wisdom was always there. The sovereignty was always there. I simply had to turn my attention toward God-Spirit-Source-Creator of the Universe.
This is the invitation for you,. What are you focusing on today?
Are you rehearsing your wounds or remembering your worth?
Are you magnifying your limitations or your limitless potential?
Remember; the energy you give your attention to will expand, multiply, and return to you in full measure.
Carl Jung taught us that what we resist persists. The wounds we avoid, the emotions we suppress, the truths we deny do not disappear.
ALL who I have come to cross have seen that they just grow louder! They begin to take up more space. in your mind, in your heart, and in your home... They demand to be seen, felt then released with a new series of integration and embodiment of love and peace.
This is why avoidance is exhausting. This is why numbing takes more energy than facing. This is why the storm you run from always catches up to you or chases you. Thsi is why problems seem to arrise again and again, even with different people.
As a trauma-informed therapist and healer, I have witnessed this pattern in every client who walks through my door. The pain they resist becomes the pain that controls them. The fear they avoid becomes the fear that defines them. The truth they deny becomes the lie they continue to try to live, and then enforce onto others.
But here is the good news: the moment you stop resisting, the energy shifts. The moment you turn toward your pain with compassion AND forgiveness, it begins to soften. The moment you name your fear, it loses its power. The moment you face your FULLEST truth, you reclaim your sovereignty.
This is the sacred work of the GROUND journey. We do not bypass. We do not spiritually gaslight. And we certainly do NOT pretend everything is fine.
INSTEAD; We face, feel, and witness the storm of emotion - 'energy in motion' - in turn KNOWING we are safe within the shelter of the One who calms the storm.
Luke 6:38 is one of my favorite scriptures because it describes the physics of divine abundance. "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
This is not about earning God's favor. This is about aligning with the flow of divine energy. When you give love, you receive love. When you give healing, you receive healing. When you give grace, you receive grace. The energy you put out into the world is the energy that returns to you, multiplied and overflowing.
But here is the key: you cannot give what you do not have. You cannot pour from an empty cup. You cannot lead from burnout. You cannot heal others if you are hemorrhaging within your own life force.
As a Splenic Projector, my authority is in the now. My spleen speaks in whispers, in gut instincts, in immediate knowing. It does not repeat itself. It does not wait for permission, either.
It simply says, "Now. This. Here."
This is the energy of "when."
Not someday.
Not eventually.
Not when you are ready.
Not when you are perfect.
and definitely NOT when you have it all figured out!
When is the moment you say yes to the invitation.
When is the moment you stop resisting and start receiving.
When is the moment you align with the energy of Love and Truth that has been calling you all along.
The dreams inside you, the visions that keep you awake at night, the inner voices that terrify and excite you in equal measure? These are not random. They are not too big for you...
You have been given these dreams BECAUSE you already had everything available here on earth that you need to help bring them into being.
So the question is not "if" you will step into your purpose.
The question is "when" will you trust the still small voice - the whisper in the storm -
to take the Next-Best Aligned-Actionable step?
The energy is already in motion. Your Mind-Body transformation is already underway.
The breakthrough is already here!
All that is required is YOUR YES.
YOUR willingness to convert the energy of resistance into the energy of flow.
This is the journey from GROUND to CROWN. The path to cross the Bridge from fragmented to integrated; from anxious to knowing; from depletion to overflow.
It is not a matter of "if." It is a matter of "when."
My Beloved, the time of 'when' is NOW.
