Hey Guys! Have you heard of the Breeze app?
It’s a mental health check and quiz application connected to the ‘Cerebral’ and/or ‘Regain’ Mental health care organizations.
When reading the questions, I really stopped to pause, and think and reflect on the answer before selecting them.

If you want - Read each question; fully; then read each answer; fully. From there, pause and ask yourself the question again. I noticed my process of analyzing and repeating this practice made more memories and details appear in my mind as I repeated the question and read the answers and followed my intuition as to which answer is the most honest and authentic to choose.
But this was just my own process of analyzing myself with each question. It’s a part of my Personality index as an analyzer, and my energy as a triple-split-definition projector in human design system. 🙏🏻
However, your first initial response that gives you an immediate reaction that feels or says, “this is it!” Then go with that one.
Obviously if you try this app, Follow what feels clear to you. Follow YOUR gut, YOUR intuitive instinct, and select the best answer that works best for YOU!
I believe this is why it’s important to have a community of individuals who will love and support you and have the emotional intelligence to hold space for you free of judgment to help you heal
