I don't feel qualified to lead this group. I know, what a welcome, right?
I look around at all the praise and worship violinists I know and think, they're so much better than I am. They have so much more experience. Yah, choose them!
But God has put a calling in my heart to not only worship Him, but to teach others as well.
Maybe you're like me. Maybe you don't feel qualified, but if you have been feeling like God is leading you to worship Him with your musical gift, I hope you'll take a step out in faith with me, today. Let's learn to praise the Father together.
Together we'll learn to decode guitar chords. We'll listen to other violinists and dissect their accompaniment. We'll practice playing by ear and ear training exercises. We'll go through transposing, harmony, counterpoint, arpeggios, theory, bowing techniques... all designed to help unlock your creativity. And together, we'll learn to praise the Father.
