Presence is a practice. And everyone finds their way back differently.

1. Observe my surroundings with unwavering focus. Take in the natural beauty.
2. Place my focus on my breath and my breath only.
3. Enjoy the cosmic humor of everything. Let out a good laugh at the craziness of it all.
