Resource: The Meaningful Post Framework
The structure (5 parts)
1. Hook: One line that makes them stop.
"I almost quit my job last year."
2. Context: What was happening? Two or three lines.
"We had lost our biggest client. The team was looking at me for answers."
3. Turning point: What changed or what you realised.
"Then a junior said something I will never forget."
4. Lesson: What you learned, in one clear line.
"Answers do not always come from the top."
5. Bridge to the reader: Make it about them.
"Who is the person on your team you have not listened to yet?"

Before you publish, check:
☐ Is it written for one specific person?
☐ Did I share my experience, not just advice?
☐ Can I say the lesson in one line?
☐ Would I stop scrolling for this hook?
☐ Does the ending give the reader something to think or do?
If you tick all five, post it.
