My brave ones,
A lot of us were taught that healing means fixing whats “wrong.”
But most of the time, nothing was ever wrong with you.
What people call flaws are usually adaptations. Ways your system learned to cope, protect, or survive when it had to.
Healing isn’t about erasing those parts. It’s about helping them no longer work so hard.
Nothing inside you needs to be forced, shamed, or rushed into change. Safety is what allows things to soften on their own.
If something in you has been tired lately, that doesn’t mean you’re failing. It might mean it’s finally safe enough to rest.
Just something to sit with today.
