This 7-day journey is designed to help you pause, breathe, and realign — one small step at a time. Each day we’ll explore a new theme, reflection, and mini-practice (5–10 minutes max).

Prompt: What’s one thing in your life right now that reminds you there’s still light, even on hard days?
Practice: Take three deep breaths. With each inhale, imagine light filling your chest; with each exhale, let it expand through your whole body.

Theme: Rooting into Presence
Prompt: When do you feel most grounded — and what helps you get there?
Practice: Stand barefoot (outside or inside), feel the ground, and breathe into your feet.
