📜 THE PRIME DIRECTIVE OF HEROES
The Charter of The League of Heroes
Hear this, O Hero.
You were not called by accident.
You were not chosen by chance.
You stand here because you saw the world as it is—and felt the pull to make it better.
Power does not make a hero.
Costume does not make a hero.
Fame does not make a hero.
Choice makes the hero.
And so, these are the laws by which all heroes of this League shall stand.
⚡ THE PRIME DIRECTIVE
A Hero shall help people.
A Hero shall do no harm.
A Hero shall act with integrity.
A Hero shall remain within the law.
A Hero shall never forget their humanity.
If an action breaks even one of these laws,
it is not heroic, no matter how righteous it may feel.
🦸 WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A HERO
A Hero shall act when others look away.
A Hero shall stand when others retreat.
A Hero shall protect without seeking praise.
A Hero understands this truth:
Strength without restraint becomes tyranny.
Courage without wisdom becomes recklessness.
A Hero is not perfect.
But a Hero is accountable.
🛡 LAW, SAFETY, AND RESTRAINT
A Hero shall not place themselves above the law.
A Hero shall not impersonate authority.
A Hero shall not take justice into their own hands.
A Hero shall not escalate conflict for glory or pride.
When danger grows beyond their reach,
a Hero shall call upon those sworn to handle it.
When a moment turns volatile,
a Hero shall withdraw rather than endanger others.
Know this:
Restraint is not weakness.
It is mastery.
🧭 POLITICAL NEUTRALITY
A Hero shall not serve parties, factions, or ideologies.
A Hero may hold beliefs,
but shall never wield them as weapons.
A Hero helps the frightened child,
the wounded stranger,
the lost neighbor—
without asking who they voted for or where they stand.
Heroism belongs to all people,
or it belongs to none.
🤝 CONDUCT AMONG HEROES
A Hero shall not demean another Hero.
A Hero shall not rule by ego or intimidation.
A Hero shall listen before judging.
A Hero shall lift others when they fall.
This League is not forged in dominance,
but in mutual respect and shared responsibility.
Where arrogance rises, heroism fades.
🚫 FORBIDDEN ACTS
A Hero shall never:
Commit violence in the League’s name
Call for harm, hatred, or persecution
Encourage illegal or reckless action
Use the League for political or personal gain
Misrepresent the League to the world
Those who break the Prime Directive
remove themselves from the mantle of Hero.
🏛 THE HERO’S OATH
By standing within The League of Heroes, each Hero affirms:
I choose courage over comfort.
I choose restraint over rage.
I choose service over ego.
I choose wisdom over impulse.
I choose to protect, not to dominate.
This is the burden.
This is the honor.
This is the path.
The Charter may evolve.
The world may change.
But The Prime Directive of Heroes endures.
