🦸‍♂️ SUPERHERO MINI MISSIONS — COMPLETE ACTION LIST
🦸‍♀️ WHAT ARE THE DAILY MISSIONS?
Every day, you’ll receive a set of Superhero Mini Missions.
They are small, real-world actions designed to help you:
  • Be kinder
  • Help others
  • Strengthen yourself
  • Build hope
  • Remember who you are
These aren’t chores. They’re heroic choices, scaled for real life.
No stress. No perfection. No guilt.
🛡️ HOW THE MISSIONS WORK
Each day includes 5 Mini Missions, one from each hero category:
  • Kindness – How you show up for others
  • Service – Small actions that make the world better
  • Inner Hero – Strength, calm, and self-respect
  • World Builder – Hope, gratitude, and perspective
  • Hero Identity – Choosing who you are on purpose
You can do one, a few, or all five.
Doing just one means you’ve completed the day.
⚡ WHY THEY’RE SMALL ON PURPOSE
Big goals can feel overwhelming.Heroes don’t wait until they feel ready—they start where they are.
These missions are:
  • Simple
  • Quick
  • Human-sized
  • Designed for low-energy days
Small actions done consistently change lives—starting with yours.
🦸 WHAT COUNTS AS A WIN?
✔ Trying✔ Showing up✔ Choosing kindness✔ Taking a breath✔ Noticing something good
There are no failures here—only practice.
📝 REFLECTION IS OPTIONAL (BUT POWERFUL)
At the end of the day, you’re invited to share:
  • What mission you chose
  • How it made you feel
  • Anything you noticed
One sentence is enough.Silence is okay too.
Reflection turns actions into growth.
🏆 THE REAL SECRET
You don’t become a hero by doing something huge.
You become a hero by choosing:
  • Care over apathy
  • Action over avoidance
  • Presence over perfection
Every day is a new page in your origin story.
🦸 Suit up. Choose a mission. Welcome to the League.
